Q1. What is UniSoft GS Ltd?
Originally incorporated in 1989, we specialize in the development and distribution of geotechnical engineering software. All our products are compatible to Microsoft Windows XP and Vista and can be used with equal ease in Imperial or Metric units. Our clients include consulting and teaching engineers in more than 50 countries.  In 2009 we changed our official name to UniSoft Geotechnical Solutions Ltd.  We also advertise under the shorter UniSoft GS. 

Q2. What is UniPile?
An application for the design of piles and pile groups according to the effective stress, total stress, SPT, CPT, and CPTU. UniPile considers bearing capacity, pile group settlement, negative skin friction, and drag load. Aspects of drivability and residual stress are also included. It can also simulates the load-movement behaviour of the pile in a head-down and O-Cell static loading test.

Q3. What is UniSettle?
An application for the calculation of stress distribution and soil settlement. Stress distribution can be by Boussinesq, Westergaard, and 2:1 methods. Settlement is determined using conventional Cc-e0 approach, E-modulus, or tangent modulus method. Multi-layered soil profile can be entered including pore water gradients. Point, line, circle, triangle, rectangle, and polygon shaped load areas can be used.

All UniSoft products are priced in a way that your investment can be recuperated on a single design project. We also offer site licenses and discounts when purchasing multiple copies. Q5. When can we expect new release?
UniSettle 4.0 and UniPile 5.0 for Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit) are now available for download.
